Evert Rosales is a multidisciplinary queer artist originally from Venezuela where he studied Visual Arts and Graphic Design.

In 2017, after inmigrating from Venezuela and living as regufee in New York City, Evert found solace and inspiration in Prince Edward County, Canada. The breathtaking landscapes and vibrand community of his new home have infused new life into his surrealist work.

In October 2025, after being accepted into the Barcelona Acadmy of Art, Evert will persue an intensive program in Drawing and Classical Oil Painting

His work weaves together the rich tapestry of his Venezuelan heritage—infused with folkloric and cultural symbolism—and heartfelt tributes to the Canadian indigenous themes that resonate deeply with him. Each piece tells a story, vivid with colour and dreamlike wonder, inviting viewers into a world of boundless imagination.
